However, as a general rule of thumb fees charged by our attorneys will be between 25 to 40 percent lower than those charged by other firms with our degree of experience. Our most basic plan can cost a new entity as low as $1499. This plan provides the new business owner with the following services: preliminary name check for the business, preparing and filing of the Articles of Incorporation (organization) or certificate of Limited Partnership, drafting of the Operating Agreement, LLC, Corporation or Partnership Kit which includes the company seal and ledgers, preparation of Federal Tax Id Application AND free consultation with one of our business litigation or corporate attorneys for two hours ($700 value.) Our most popular plan however, is the Deluxe GC Plan. Clients who sign up for this plan keep our attorneys on a retainer for periods of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. This means our attorneys are available to the client and its employees just as an in-house attorney would be, saving the client tens of thousands of dollars in taxes, and payroll costs.
