Rachelle was a founding member of Fakhimi & Associates before leaving to join a major corporation (SimpleTech Inc. also known as STEC Inc.) as its Associate In-house Counsel where she oversaw the company's every day legal affairs such as reviewing and drafting of all business contracts, drafting of manufacturing and reseller agreements, advising the company's director of Human Resources on employment law issues and other matters which might need legal input. Since joining GCS, Rachelle has been the supervising attorney in charge of coordinating the legal needs of some of Orange Counties most successful corporations.

David P. Schwarz

David is a litigator and has handled many civil litigation and business lawsuits in the past eight years. David has also represented many local entrepreneurs and knows the local court system very well.

Houman Fakhimi

Houman Fakhimi is a graduate with honors of University of California Irvine and Whittier College, School of Law. Since 1998, Houman has represented many successful and growing businesses as their General Counsel. Mr. Fakhimi is also a true litigator having successfully conducted many jury and bench trials on his resume. Houman is relied on by GCS for his expertise in the area of litigation.
